What is a Virtual Assistant?A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an Independent Contractor who provides professional administrative, creative, and technical assistance. VA’s are people you may not have met face to face, who provide invaluable support for you and/or your business from a remote location.

Can you work in my office/meet with me in person?I work with Clients in person on an as-needed basis. Most of my work is completed REMOTELY. This is the beauty of working with a Virtual Assistant. Clients do not have to supply me with equipment or office space which saves (clients) business expenses.

How do I communicate with you?There are several ways we can communicate: Email, Skype, Facetime, Zoom and text messages

I need a service that is not offered in your packages. Can you help me?I will be honest. It depends on what the service is. While I am extremely good at figuring things out and seeking answers if I do not have them, let’s talk about your needs! If I am not able to take on your project, I will tell you and try to refer you to someone who can.

I need one time only help for an emergency. Can you help me?Of course! This is one of the benefits of utilizing a Virtual Assistant. I’m here when you need me and not when you don’t!

How do you protect my information?I use top niche SSL encryption and a secure private internet connection to make sure your data stays safe and protected. Also, there is Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) language in my written agreement that guarantees that the information you share with me will not be shared with a third party without your expressed written consent.

How do I know what you are working on?During our Onboarding Call as we set strategy to complete your project, we arrange follow up calls where we discuss work completed and work yet to be done. This provides an opportunity for us to make sure we’re on track to deadline and as a client, you’re satisfied with the pace at which work is moving forward.

Do I have to sign an agreement?Yes! This written document protects both our interests as Client and Contractor. Should you accept my proposal for services, you will receive and sign your agreement electronically. I also send you a countersigned PDF version of our agreement via email.

What can I do to make sure I get the most out of my experience with En-Norvation Business Solutions?I am so glad you asked! I would say… be ready to DELEGATE! This means, clearly communicating the scope of work you’d like assistance with, having any pertinent information prepared in advance (of our project start date) to help me complete your tasks and ensure we have mutual understanding of your deadlines.

How do I get started?Go on over to my “Contact Us” page and complete my Client Intake Form. After you have provided all the preliminary information, you will receive a Calendly link to schedule a Discovery Call with me!
